Upon receipt of your order, we check with our guides and service providers the availability of your reservation.
Three solutions :
- If - If the visit and/or activity is available, we will activate your payment and you will receive an email to confirm your reservation (invoice and booking voucher attached).
- If the chosen visit is not available on the desired dates, you will not be charged and we will come back to you with alternative solutions (same service on a different date or other services on the requested date).
- If none of these solutions suit you, no payment will be made and the order will be canceled.
